I declared that I have constrained mobility. I found my 1 series sport was my difficult to get in & out of it. Saleswoman suggested setting the 2 seat position buttons thus: 1 for entering & 1 for my actual driving position. Car has no such buttons

Polite, friendly & helpful staff, nice comfortable environment, room to work effectively while I waited, and they got the job done nice and fast so I was back home in time for a meeting at 10:30. You can go for a walk along the Grand Union Canal too.

We delivered the car with a flat tyre. We advised the service adviser we thought the wheel was possibly damaged. (It is a recurring fault with this car) and could they check the wheel first. They didnt bother checking the wheel delaying the repair

Great service. Only challenge I had was not being able to talk to someone to book the service. You call the dealership, they send you a text with a link to WhatsApp and you then make the booking through there. Not what I'd expect from BMW.

Callum was very helpful and prompt when I arrived. He offered to have something looked at on the car that may have been relevant to a future service. The health check was also very thorough, and the mechanic actually measured the brake pads.

I was told it was a while you wait appointment and would take 90 mins to 2 hours. It took nearly 3 hours!

Work was completed and the fault diadnosed correctly, however the fault was found to be defective due to some kind of liquid splilt on the window switch. We had to pay when it wasnt us that spilt it. We have had the car approx 4 months.

Whilst service contact was generally courteous and helpful (inc. managing to cut the cost of a replacement tyre by £40 from the initial estimate) I was disappointed by slow communications, and twice contacted him later than he had promised contact.

Delay in starting work on my car. Returned with a broken handbrake switch & not advised. Service manager reluctant to accept responsibility. A week later and I am still waiting for an update as to the resolution. Really poor customer service - again!

Trying to book a service was a nightmare. Your AI telephone is a nightmare. I had to leave a message then when you returned my call my phone rang once and went to voicemail. It took 5 attempts to book the service. 5 stars for staff at Tring!
