From my initial visit, test drive, follow up discussions & the overall experience I was very happy. Sales Specialist, Ahsan Yousaf, was very good throughout the process. However, final handover seemed rushed & lacked some detail in car operations.

It could not have been any better, I got my car quickly and I was able to keep the courtesy car for a few days. Gerry took time to explain everything to me, he made sure I had all the links to watch the relevant videos and set up my i-phone app.

Whislt there was a reduction to my final bill on account of the way I was treated I was without my vehcile for over a week. A secondary fault which had been identified on day one was not fixed until day 8. The turbo fault was not identified initially

Repair was well done but there had not been a clear note made of what was required when the car was booked in. My car therefore could not be retuned to me on the same day.

The workmanship when my vehicle was repaired under warranty has faults but i am now concerned on wether to bring my vehicle back to be rectified, broken clips not replaced , bonnet cable left loose and not clipped in amongst other things

I booked my M5 in for service. They processed as a 320 then had to rush on a Saturday. I left not even knowing if the job had be done correctly. Asked to be hoovered and washed and wasn't done due to the rush. Un professional service.

Dropped car off , paid on the phone link collected keys at the end of the day. Car was cleaned and vacuumed to a basic standard and the service lights were off. Expected a bit more when spending so much on a service.

Get to centre to be told another service due so price went up. Not sure why this couldn't have been initially seen at time of booking. Snacks v depleted this time compared to previous visits, they don't cost much but are a welcome perk when waiting!

i have been with Sytner BMW for nearly Three Years. First time it has happened that they charged for the parts initially but didnt install it. Later after my email communication, service center rebooked the visit and had it installed.

Ease of booking service, excellent service from Jack Price and the team in the service department throughout. The ability to book service at a specific time of day and while you wait (at least for a minor service) is a real benefit to the customer.

To be told i had 30 minutes to get to the garage to pay for the service or I couldn't have the car back is not acceptable. It was not possible for me to find anyone to get me there in 20 minutes. That's if they were waiting for the phone call.

Happy with Service but was slightly frustrated re the faulty battery that was only purchased from you a few weeks ago. No reason provided as to why it had failed due to RAC coding it. I am still waiting for a technical response.

The experience was very good but now I have to wait another two weeks before you can check the car for the new noise that started when I drove away from the service. Not very impressive.

The one thing that does annoy me is the insistence of charging for a 'Scoping check' every time the car is booked in.This should be an option if the customer wants it. I personally don't require a video of the tyre tread depth etc. as I check myself.

Asked for tyre that had a bulge to be put in my boot, wasn't done. Asked for quotes on the advisory work, still waiting. Don't need it now. Asked to check CCTV as dash camera started recording (g sensor)as pedestrian system showed a fault, no reponse

The technician I saw and had a road trip really wanted to fix the problem I had, and he went out of his way to research the problem and then fix it. I wrote an email to the Service manager to thank her for the excellent service I had received.

On collecting the vehicle there was a "rattling" noise so I took it straight back. After waiting 20 mins I was told that it had been tested and no fault found. I feel that this was a "cover-up" to avoid accepting responsibility for an error.

My car was in for a recall due to BMW's faulty EGR and software. In essence they tried to blackmail me out of £600 to finish the work. I either paid or I had to sign a waiver to say I was happy with the car remaining unsafe and a fire risk. See above

I had low air pressure (2.4 Bar instead of 2.7 bar) and after the service I still had the same issue. As you are aware, the fault shows up on the screen, so it was not as if it was not hi-lighted

See above For iCars, time should be allocated for a proper teach in. The iX1 is full of tech but we are only consciously using a fraction of this. Also key ring holder supplied does not seem compatible with key.
