The whole process was extremely protracted and too many forms to sign. I would have preferred to spend that time being taken through the car controls and my personal settings applied. That said the sales team could not have been more accomodating.

I was told it was a while you wait appointment and would take 90 mins to 2 hours. It took nearly 3 hours!

Work was completed and the fault diadnosed correctly, however the fault was found to be defective due to some kind of liquid splilt on the window switch. We had to pay when it wasnt us that spilt it. We have had the car approx 4 months.

Whilst service contact was generally courteous and helpful (inc. managing to cut the cost of a replacement tyre by £40 from the initial estimate) I was disappointed by slow communications, and twice contacted him later than he had promised contact.

Trying to book a service was a nightmare. Your AI telephone is a nightmare. I had to leave a message then when you returned my call my phone rang once and went to voicemail. It took 5 attempts to book the service. 5 stars for staff at Tring!

Unhappy with the £25 charge for the courtessy car. It as waved when I questioned it. This is a short sighted policy. Other dealerships offer this FOC meaning they are more likely to recieve future service business. Never been charged before anywhere.

Great experience at Tring throughout. I had a while u wait brake fluid service, this was done efficiently and I was on my way quickly. I had good facilities to work while I waited and was kept well informed during my visit.
