Please see above. The only reason I haven't given a fiver-star rating is that I expected to and should have been provided with a courtesy car while my car was in for the day-long engine and transmission services, which costed me significantly.

I was contacted on the day to advise that replacement of a couple of tyres was recommended in the MOT and I agreed to have three replacements. When the car was returned it was apparent that nothing had been done to meet my request re the bodywork .

I took the car in at 9am and it was left until 3pm before I was told it would fail the MOT. I am a service engineer, I need to have the car available. I had to go back to Sytners to collect me tools, as I had been expecting it to be done in one day

The booking was estimated by you to take between 1 and 1 1/2 houts. I sat and waited 3 hours.. There was no exclamation and no problems found in doing the MOT task.

I didn't speak to any technician at the start. I was told to sit down & somebody would come to see me, which they never did until the car was ready. This was unsettling at the start, as I was asked to hand over keys to a lady I hadn't previously seen

Receptionist didn't appear to be expecting me despite me arriving 5 minutes early for my allotted service time slot. Bird droppings on drivers side window were not removed during the complementary wash. These are the only reasons I scored 4 not 5

Would have been completely satisfied, but the car was returned with tyre pressure warning activated . We are still waiting on an update on the log book that has been lost. I and my wife have phoned several times, but have had no update.

Fleecing customers to pay for masses of labour is unethical exploitative and dishonest. A mechanic's lack of ability to diagnose simple electrical faults resulting in 9 days having a car should not mean the customer pays for all the time spent.
