I bought a new existing X1 that had 9QV Driver Assistance Prep included, and was told that I needed to download the actual software. The Connected Drive System charged me £1250 to do that, when the price in the configurator is £720. Ripoff...

Very satisfied. Every member of staff I met was polite and courteous. I was always greeted by a member of the team and offered refreshments. I never had to wait long to be seen. It was easy to fix-up appointment times to suit me.

Completely satisfied with the support, assistance patience shown by Jason at Sytner, Tring. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the whole process was very agreeable. The initial showroom reception was a noticeable improvement from 9 years ago.
