Booked service appt via phone with your call centre agreed price with them. When arrived at dealership they decided to up the cost by £54. Out of order !! Bad for business.. Complained price honoured.

Very satisfied, all service staff really helpful, professional and excellent comms. Only thing I would say is courtesy car, electric is an issue due to mileage range and no fast charger at home. Put me off purchasing an electric car in future.

I was satisfied - minor point is that I booked a 90 min sit in service. I wasn't in any rush but after 3 hours i had to check to see if my car was ready. These things happen but maybe too many booking were taken that day

It went in for a service and a problem with the heating. Apparently no issue or fault until i pushed it and then they seemed to find something, but needs to go back in for more investigations. car was not back to normal when i collected.

We received a recall notice for drivers airbag on 8th and rang and were booked in the next day. The garage then gave us a lift saving using the bus and delivered the car to home that afternoon freshly washed and cleaned. 5star service. Well done.
