Booked service appt via phone with your call centre agreed price with them. When arrived at dealership they decided to up the cost by £54. Out of order !! Bad for business.. Complained price honoured.

Very satisfied, all service staff really helpful, professional and excellent comms. Only thing I would say is courtesy car, electric is an issue due to mileage range and no fast charger at home. Put me off purchasing an electric car in future.

I was satisfied - minor point is that I booked a 90 min sit in service. I wasn't in any rush but after 3 hours i had to check to see if my car was ready. These things happen but maybe too many booking were taken that day

It went in for a service and a problem with the heating. Apparently no issue or fault until i pushed it and then they seemed to find something, but needs to go back in for more investigations. car was not back to normal when i collected.

We received a recall notice for drivers airbag on 8th and rang and were booked in the next day. The garage then gave us a lift saving using the bus and delivered the car to home that afternoon freshly washed and cleaned. 5star service. Well done.

Since Sytner have taken over the Tring dealership they have up their game. I have been using the High Wycombe dealership many years and have been very satisfied with the service I have received but Tring is much closer to where I live.

The vehicle was picked up on time. The issues of repacing the ERG unit was finally resolved after waiting three years and the service was also completed. The vehicle was then returned in plenty of time. This level of service was greatly appreciated.
