I have visited many centres for 20 years either as a customer or visiting with family friends, On this occasion Steve Gonzalez, Jason Tack, Kevin Badrick and Simon Childs were nothing short of truly amazing from initial enquiry through to handover.

There were plenty of options for appointments. The service and repair work were carried out as explained and in the time frame. The service coordinator called the evening before to confirm.

I would honestly say I received exceptional service from the moment I walk into the building. Greeted with a smile, offered tea/ coffee while I waited for the person dealing with my booking.

i was particularly pleased that the recall item could be fitted in with a front brake issue and dealt with the same day. The engineer who looked after me was very pleasant and helpful throughout and the lady on Reception was also very helpful.

I turned up unannounced with no appointment and with a wet dog in tow following a tyre problem. The service man was really helpful, i was kept fully informed as to what was going on and the cost/timescale.

I have been very pleased withte way BMW has handled the EGR valve recall over the past year or so, culminating in replacing the system during this service.

Odd issue which was a bit baffling . But once my husband see the data and chatted to engineer . He started to get a feeling of what the problem was . And sure enough . That thought was confirmed the following day . Great job .

The vehicle went in for a Brake Fluid Service 1 hour quoted however it was more like 2 hours which didn't cause me a problem. I did request that they replaced the rear wiper blade at the same time, however this wasn't done as it needed to be ordered.

The customer service was superb. Jack set up my BMW app for me, and the car was ready at the time he said it would be. Then couldn't make the pick up time so arranged to collect it the following day. Jack then arranged for me to be picked up at home.
